So yesterday, I thought … … "How many people actually begin their best eating habits on the 1st? In general, we are above, moves very slowly on the 1st and do little or nothing. (May I speak to me). I actually have on the balance. I had not done in months! I was not surprised - I do not think I won or lost, but 240 is not good number of "maintain" unless I am a linebacker!
I began thinking about how I’m gonna change my eating habits. It is far, a lot of carbohydrates, a lot of sugar. I have a dear friend that affect sugar diet and 4 months has lost 26 lbs! That’s amazing! I must think about the little changes I need to make every day. I need to eat healthy snacks, like carrot sticks (which I really) or a box of raisins and forget the buns pio, Hostess cakes, chocolate pies.
I never read the labels - I’m sure I would be horrified if I did. Also, sometimes the last year, I started to feel strange to buy these things. I walk alone in the store, a host of food and beverages cakes - speaking oxymoron! Then I wondered what others think of me, "the fat girl on his break. Of course, once I took my first bite, I forgot everything else - YIKES! It is a clear sign of a food with an alcoholic!

So I’m going to be realistic. I am not joining a gym - yet. I will walk to 30 minutes 3 times a week, 30 minutes on the stationary bike 1 day per week and 30 minutes of play basketball with my son 1 day per week. It is 5 days per week.! There is no way I can work 7 days a week - I am human. I also know that some people are now full steam ahead. They also burn much faster. I do not want to leave after one month. It must be a lifestyle change - Forever!
Short-term goal: 8 lbs by February 12! This is a very short term, because obviously I am working on this for my birthday. If I can lose 1-2 kg per week, which is very do-able.
I will make it a reality - I do! Tune in later … ..
